TAKE THAT STILL NUMBER ONE
Take That's comeback single Patience held off all competitors in the UK singles chart, keeping the number one spot for a second week in a row.
Challenges from Booty Luv's Boogie 2nite and Akon and Eminem's Smack That proved unsuccessful, the two swapping places on last week's positions at numbers two and three respectively.
The highest new entry on the singles chart was at number four, where Lazy Town's Bing Bang (Time To Dance) debuted. Gwen Stefani's new single Wind It Up reached number eight while Chris Cornell's Casino Royale theme, You Know My Name, entered the top 40 at number 12.
Meanwhile on the album charts it was Take That yet again, with the Beautiful World record keeping Oasis' greatest hits album off the top spot.
Not much change took place on the LP chart this week, with Stefani's The Sweet Escape album the only record to enter the top 30, at number 26.
