SWIFT'S REP EXPLAINS FAN'S SWASTIKA PHOTO

A representative for TAYLOR SWIFT has moved quickly to defend the country superstar for posing with a male fan bearing a swastika on his T-shirt, insisting the singer was unaware of the offensive logo.
Swift caused a stir online after photos emerged of the star posing with a young man wearing the Nazi symbol at Katy Perry's Hollywood birthday bash last weekend (24-25Oct09).
But her spokesperson has hit out at the snaps and is distancing the star from the unidentified fan by claiming she didn't even know him.
Her rep tells TMZ.com, "Taylor took pictures with about 100 people that night... She doesn't know who this guy is and she didn't realise what was on his shirt."
