SWEETIN BLAMES HUSBAND'S UNEMPLOYMENT FOR SPLIT

Actress JODIE SWEETIN's marriage to CODY HERPIN broke down following the near foreclosure of their home and a range of money woes, according to U.S. reports.
The former Full House star, 26, filed for legal separation from Herpin, 31, in November (08), just seven months after giving birth to the couple's first child.
The pair had even announced plans for a reality show, based on their family life, before the split.
In court documents, obtained by People.com, Sweetin blames her estranged husband's lack of employment as the main factor behind their relationship troubles.
Sweetin states, "Our house is in foreclosure, our water has been shut off twice. Currently, all of our other utilities are overdue.
"(Herpin) kept finding one excuse after another for his failure to even attempt to find employment."
According to People.com, Sweetin also claims the couple were surviving from residuals from Full House re-runs and help from her parents.
Sweetin has filed for joint custody of their baby daughter Zoie.
A hearing for the case is set for 9 February (09).
