Amelle Berrabah says fans are going to be amazed by the new direction of Sugababes' music.

Amelle Berrabah says people will be shocked by the Sugababes' new song.

The 25-year-old singer, who features in the British girl group alongside Heidi Range and Keisha Buchanan, is thrilled with the different direction the band has taken.

She said: "I can't wait until the new single comes out. It doesn't sound like anything we have ever done before. People won't even realise it is our song when they hear it on the radio. It comes out mid-July and we are really looking forward to it."

Amelle also revealed she and her bandmates enjoyed recording the new album in the US.

She said: "We had such a good time in the US. We were over there for ages and we went to Los Angeles and New York."

Amelle went on to speak about 'Never Leave You', her collaboration with grime artist Tinchy Stryder.

She revealed to BANG Showbiz: "Tinchy is absolutely lovely. He sends me text messages all the time. He is a lovely guy. I will be seeing him at the weekend as we are performing our song together."
