STOOGES LAUNCH WEBSITE FOR STOLEN GEAR
LATEST: Punk icons IGGY POP + THE STOOGES have launched a website in a bid to get their stolen equipment back.
A truck containing the group's gear was stolen outside their hotel after a concert in Montreal, Canada on Monday (04Aug08) and the band is hoping fans can help track down the thieves.
The new website, HootPage.com/StoogesStolenStuff.html features a list and photos of the stolen items.
The band and road manager Eric Fischer are asking Montreal-area music stores, pawn shops and musicians to be on the look out for the missing gear.
