STEWART WANTS TO RECORD AN ALBUM WITH STEVIE WONDER

Former EURYTHMICS rocker DAVE STEWART is calling on Motown legend STEVIE WONDER to join him in the studio, so they can record an album together.
Stewart has been dreaming of a collaboration since Wonder performed the harmonica on Eurythmics' 1985 single There Must Be an Angel (Playin' with My Heart).
And he used an appearance on U.S. talk show The View on Thursday (18Sep08) to issue a plea to the Happy Birthday hitmaker.
Stewart said, "Stevie Wonder played on a Eurythmics track. Ever since then I've really wanted to get in the studio with Stevie."
