STEWART HONOURED ON STAMP
Late Hollywood legend JAMES STEWART's career is to be feted on a new U.S. stamp.
The country's Postal Service will unveil the image - based on a portrait of Stewart as he appeared in a publicity photo for 1949's The Stratton Story - at ceremonies in Indiana, Pennsylvania and Hollywood, California.
Stewart died in 1997 aged 89. Among his best-loved movies are It's a Wonderful Life, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington and The Philadelphia Story, for which he won an Oscar in 1941.
