Veteran rocker ROD STEWART is planning to have another baby with his fiancee PENNY LANCASTER, just nine months after the former model gave birth to their son ALISTAIR. The couple want a second child together after they get married next summer (06) in the UK. Lancaster says, "We plan a brother or sister after the marriage."
