STARS PAY THOUSANDS TO SUPPORT OBAMA/MCCAIN
Hollywood's biggest names have been paying big bucks to back their favourite presidential candidate, with JENNIFER ANISTON, GEORGE CLOONEY and the late PAUL NEWMAN digging deep for BARACK OBAMA, while CLINT EASTWOOD and JERRY BRUCKHEIMER offering to fund JOHN MCCAIN's White House charge.
According to a new Los Angeles Times report, Aniston has handed over more than $28,000 (GBP17,500) to Obama's campaign with Clooney adding $33,000 (GBP20,600) and Newman $4,600 (GBP2,875).
Meanwhile, Republican moviemakers Bruckheimer and Eastwood are hoping their $9,600 (GBP6,000) and $2,300 (GBP1,437) respectively will help MCCain's run for America's top office.
Donald Trump has been one of MCCain's biggest financial supporters, handing over $32,000 (GBP20,000), and actors Kelsey Grammer and Gary Sinise have also stumped up for the Republican.
The election for the next U.S. President takes place on 4 November (08).

pretty scary stuff for those of us who read the Bible.this man is a muslim- we
want a muslim to run the country. I am very scared for this country. I'm not a
ooooh the world is ending person but I do read the Bible and this man is the
very same man that will be the one who brings America down. God Bless the ones
who help him. I know I'll be persecuted badly for this comment but in the end I
know where I'll be standing.
