LATEST: Former CREED star SCOTT STAPP was drunk and high on drugs when he tried to attack his wife on Sunday (20May07), according to two 911 calls she made on the night. A hysterical Jaclyn Nesheiwat pleaded for authorities to come to the couple's home immediately, revealing, "He just threw a glass bottle at me. He just came home, he's wasted ... he's been out partying all night." She added the rocker was "on drugs and pot. There's a lot of pot in the house." In a second call she added, "He's hiding all the drugs. He's still under the influence right now." Stapp was arrested and originally charged with aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony, but this was later reduced to a misdemeanour. His guns, which Stapp has licenses to own, were seized from a locked safe by cops as part of regular domestic abuse call protocol, his lawyer, Robert Gershman, said yesterday (22May07). Stapp wed former Miss New York Nesheiwat last year (06). They have a baby daughter, Milan Hayat Stapp.
