SPURLOCK SUED BY MOVIE 'STAR'
A former MCDonalds employee who appeared in 2004 movie SUPERSIZE ME is suing filmmaker MORGAN SPURLOCK, claiming the documentary ruined her life. Evelyn Candelaria has filed a lawsuit in New York, alleging she never signed a release form agreeing to appear in the film - which showed Spurlock eating nothing but fast food for a month. She claims the movie - which showed her serving food to Spurlock - destroyed her reputation and self-esteem. Candelaria's lawyer Hugh Jasne claims his client was portrayed as "incompetent, inept and incapable". He adds, "My reading of the law is that he needs to get a release form from her."
