SPRINGSTEEN REITERATES 2006 STATEMENT IN LIGHT OF CHEATING REPORTS

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN has fired back at reports he cheated on his wife PATTI SCIALFA by turning the media's attention to a statement he made about his marriage three years ago.
The rocker has been named in a New Jersey couple's divorce papers amid allegations he's among the reasons for the break-up.
New Jersey businessman Arthur J. Kelly is seeking legal separation from his wife Ann, claiming she "committed adultery... at various times and places too numerous to mention" with The Boss.
Springsteen is refusing to comment about the allegations, but a representative for the rock star insists he's no home wrecker.
The rep tells the New Jersey Star-Ledger newspaper that the singer stands by a statement he issued on his website in August 2006, in which he wrote, "Patti and I have been together for 18 years, the best 18 years of my life. We have built a beautiful family we love and want to protect and our commitment to one another remains as strong as the day we were married."
Springsteen married his second wife in 1991. The couple has three children together.
