SPIKE TO CELEBRATE MIKE AT BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
SPIKE LEE is to mark what would have been MICHAEL JACKSON's 51st birthday with a New York block party.
While the Jackson family members are saying their final farewells to the King of Pop, who will be laid to rest in Glendale, California on 29 August (09), Lee will be celebrating the pop star's life in Brooklyn.
A DJ has been booked to play Jackson hits throughout the bash and Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz will proclaim 29 August Michael Jackson Day at the celebration.
