Embattled music producer PHIL SPECTOR will face sentencing for the murder of actress LANA CLARKSON on Friday (29May09) while he battles post-surgery pain.
The music mogul underwent an operation to remove polyps from his vocal cords at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles earlier this week (beg25May09).
Spector faces at least 15 years behind bars when sentencing is handed down in court. He was found guilty of murdering actress Lana Clarkson at his home in Alhambra, California in April (09).
