SPEARS' SHARED CUSTODY DEAL EXTENDED
BRITNEY SPEARS will share equal custody of her sons with KEVIN FEDERLINE until 2010, after a judge extended an agreement allowing her to see the kids during her Circus world tour.
The superstar singer negotiated a deal with ex-husband Federline earlier this year (09), which allowed her to take her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, around the world while she undertakes her latest global trek.
Federline - who has primary custody of the children - travelled with Spears' entourage, and the deal worked out so well for all parties that Spears was granted extra time with her kids, splitting custody equally with her ex.
The deal was initially agreed until the end of August (09), but lawyers for both parents have agreed to extend the order until the end of 2009.
The Toxic hitmaker will still be allowed 50/50 custody, and even more at certain times, according to TMZ.com.
