SPEARS LANDS MORE TIME WITH KIDS DURING TOUR

BRITNEY SPEARS and ex-husband KEVIN FEDERLINE have renegotiated the terms of their custody agreement, giving the pop superstar more time with their two young sons while she's on tour.
The Toxic hitmaker is currently wowing fans across Europe with her Circus show, and Federline - who has primary custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James - has taken the kids along for the ride to ensure the singer doesn't miss out on quality family time.
And the arrangement is going so well, Spears has been granted extra time with the boys while she works, putting the children in her care for more than 50 per cent of the time, reports TMZ.com.
Legal documents detailing the new custody agreement have been filed by lawyers for both Spears and Federline with Los Angeles family law Commissioner Scott Gordon, revealing the deal will remain in place until the end of August (09).
The custody terms will revert back to the former couple's original arrangement once Spears wraps up the European leg of her tour.
The news comes just days after the superstar announced plans to take the Circus to Australia, touring there for the first time in her career. Spears will head Down Under in November (09).
