SPEARS CANCELS COMEBACK SHOWS?

BRITNEY SPEARS has reportedly cancelled her trio of comeback performances planned for Southern California's House of Blues venues this week (beg30Apr07). The TOXIC singer was billed to perform under the moniker THE M+M'S in San Diego, Anaheim and Los Angeles. But, after missing one scheduled performance last week at Los Angeles club Forty Deuce, the pop star has now scrapped the other planned shows, which were slated to begin tonight (01May07), according to Internet reports. No reason has been given for the cancellations, although insiders at Forty Deuce claim Spears scrapped her show there on Wednesday (25Apr07) after deciding she needed more time to rehearse for her comeback performance.
