Troubled superstar BRITNEY SPEARS has snapped up a new home - a $6 million (GBP3 million) California mansion. The singer, currently ensconced in a public custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline over their two sons, has found time to view and lay down the money for the Spanish-style seafront house in Hermosa Beach, California. A real estate source tells the National Enquirer, "Britney's new pad is luxurious and she got it for about $2.5 million less that its asking price. Spears' new house boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a media room, a pool, a spa and a pub.
