SPACEY'S SIBLING NEGLECT

Actor KEVIN SPACEY's older brother has accused his sibling of neglect, insisting all his efforts to stay in touch have been rebuffed. Chauffeur RANDY FOWLER is upset he only hears from the AMERICAN BEAUTY star in an emergency, despite his desperate attempts to remain close. He says, "The only time he has called me in the past 26 years is if someone dies in the family. "He never calls just to say hi to his brother. I've sent him a Christmas card and birthday card every year for the past 27 years. I've never got a card from him, ever."

There must be a reason for that. If you did not have a good relationship with him before his fame why would you now?? My husband has not talked to his only brother in 10 years and those reasons are usually very deep seated.
