Argentine star MERCEDES SOSA has hit out at former Miss Universe CECILIA BOLOCCO for "unnecessary" nude sunbathing in Miami, Florida. The singer believes the Chilean beauty must have been crazy to allow subsequent photos of her to circulate in magazines, especially considering her status as the wife of former Argentine president Carlos Menem. He says, "This is unbelievable, because this girl is just crazy. Doesn't she remember that she is married to someone who was president of a country? "Even though we don't like Menem, this wasn't necessary; it's very unpleasant. "I saw it in some magazines, I couldn't believe it."
