SOMERS SUED OVER RESTAURANT VENTURE

Actress SUZANNE SOMERS is facing a $400,000 (GBP267,000) lawsuit filed by a former business partner over a restaurant venture that went sour.
John Bouchillon claims he invested the sum into a chain of eateries called Suzanne's Kitchen - but plans never materialised because the partners couldn't agree if the chain should be organic or not.
He is now seeking his investment back, reports TMZ.com.
A representative for the American Graffiti actress could not be reached.
