Soul singer SMOKEY ROBINSON fears his addiction to golf is getting out of hand - he wakes before dawn to play.
The Motown legend, 67, is so passionate about the sport he'd rather play a round than sleep.
Robinson says, "I love golf more than any other sport I've ever done. Golf is the heroin of sports. There is nothing else you could call me at 4.30 in the morning and say , 'Smokey, let's get up and do this,' and I would say 'Where?'"
