SLADE TOP CHRISTMAS SONG VOTE
SLADE classic MERRY XMAS EVERYBODY has topped a poll of the most loved Christmas songs of all time. The 1973 festive smash beat out competition from Band Aid's 1985 charity track Do They Know It's Christmas? in the vote on British website MSN Music. Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody, Shakin' Steven's Merry Christmas Everyone and East 17's Stay Another Day came third, fourth and fifth respectively.
