THE STREETS frontman MIKE SKINNER has landed a part in hit British TV series DOCTOR WHO.
The Dry Your Eyes hitmaker revealed the news on his Twitter.com blog, claiming he will star alongside the new Time Lord, Matt Smith, when the new series airs next year (10).
According to NME.com he wrote, "You wouldn't believe the week I've had. I can't talk about it but let's just say I got a part in Doctor Who."
But Skinner's announcement is shrouded in mystery after the message disappeared shortly after it was posted - sparking fears Skinner may have been a bit hasty in revealing the news.
After the post was taken down, the star wrote another message, adding, "And just like that the tweet is deleted."
