SIZEMORE CHARGED WITH DRUG RELATED FELONIES

Troubled actor TOM SIZEMORE has been charged with five felonies and one misdemeanour stemming from his arrest earlier this month (08May07) on suspicion of using crystal methamphetamine. The Saving Private Ryan star was taken into custody when cops searched a car he was sitting in outside a hotel in Bakersfield, California, allegedly finding two bags of the drug and pipes. According to website TMZ.com, Sizemore was charged with one count each of transportation and possession of methamphetamines, and three counts of possession of prescription drugs without the proper prescription. In October 2004, Sizemore was convicted of methamphetamine possession. The following year (05), his probation was revoked after he admitted faking a drug test. The actor tested positive for drug use in January 2006 - he was given three years probation and ordered to submit to weekly drug tests. In 2003, he was found guilty of domestic violence against his ex-girlfriend, former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss.
