SIMPSON SHOWS LOVE FOR ROMO AT CONCERT

JESSICA SIMPSON put her love for beau TONY ROMO on display on Friday (17Oct08) as the American footballer attended her concert in Dallas, Texas.
The singer was performing for thousands of fans at the State Fair of Texas on Friday night, but she had only one man on her mind.
She told the crowd, "Wow, I love Dallas. Obviously, I love Dallas because I grew up here and this is my home - you guys are my family - but I did find an amazing boyfriend here in Dallas!"
Simpson went on to praise Romo, her boyfriend of 11 months, calling him "the calm of the storm in my life".
She added, "Whatever I go through, I know I can depend on him to relax and bring me faith again."
The star also let her fans in on the inspiration behind her song My Sunday, explaining, "This is a song I wrote about a certain someone who throws that football really good", as Romo smiled proudly in the audience.
She continued, "Sometimes, to find a love as big as that, you have to go through some heartbreak, some ugly ones and some butthead ones. You go through that to really appreciate where you are in life right now."
Simpson recently denied reports she was engaged to Romo.
She was previously married to 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey, but they split after three years as husband and wife. After her divorce, she was also romantically linked to actor Dane Cook, singer Adam Levine, and rocker John Mayer.
