PAUL SIMON served up a very special early St. Valentine's Day treat for fans at the New York's Beacon Theatre on Friday (13Feb09) - he brought former partner ART GARFUNKEL onstage with him.
Simon and Garfunkel joined forces for a surprise reunion to mark the re-opening of the venue following a seven-month renovation.
The pair performed The Sound of Silence, The Boxer and Old Friends during the encore of Simon's sold out show.
But it wasn't just onstage where the stars sparkled - Paul MCCartney and Jon Bon Jovi were in the audience.
