Simmons Sues In Touch
Rap mogul RUSSELL SIMMONS and his estranged wife KIMORA LEE SIMMONS are suing U.S. magazine In Touch, according to reports.
The Def Jam Records founder and fashion designer filed a libel lawsuit in New York Supreme Court on 17 May (07), over an undisclosed article in the weekly publication.
The couple, who split in 2006 after eight years of marriage and two children together, are seeking $250,000 (GBP125,000) in damages, according to a court filing published on TheSmokingGun.com.
