SICK RAY JOEL CANCELS TV APPEARANCE

BILLY JOEL's singer daughter ALEXA RAY JOEL was forced to pull out of a TV appearance in New York on Friday (25Sep09) after she was struck down with a mystery illness.
The 23 year old, rocker Joel's child with ex-wife, supermodel Christie Brinkley, was scheduled to perform on The Wendy Williams Show but has had to postpone her set until next month (Oct09).
Williams explains, "Alexa Ray Joel was supposed to be here today but she's got a very bad something or other. She was supposed to sing."
Ray Joel will instead appear on the talk show on 21 October (09).
