SHRIVER IN TROUBLE FOR CELLPHONE USE

ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER's wife MARIA SHRIVER is in trouble after she was photographed chatting on a cellphone while driving.
TMZ.com snappers caught the Governor's wife offguard and the shot of Shriver breaking the law was posted online.
On Tuesday (13Oct09), Terminator star Schwarzenegger spotted the incriminating photo and fired off a note to TMZ boss Harvey Levin via Twitter.com.
He wrote, "Thanks for bringing her violations to my attention. There's going to be swift action."
Ironically, the new California state cellphone laws banning the use of handheld mobiles in cars came to pass during Schwarzenegger's term as Governor.
