After years of speculation CYBILL SHEPHERD has finally confessed to having cosmetic surgery to improve her lips - when she was just seven years old. The MOONLIGHTING actress, 56, ran into a barbed-wire fence and tore open her lip as a youngster and is still grateful doctors were able to heal her. She says, "I had cosmetic surgery when I was seven and ran into a barbed-wire fence, which ripped a triangle-shaped piece out of my lip. "I had 200 stitches and surgery to fix the injury. But I'm sure that at any moment I'll have something done, although there's so much to do that I wouldn't know where to start. "I hate it when I see an actress who's had so much work that her face is frozen."
