Hollywood beauty SHARON STONE is the new spokesmodel for American design duo Badgley Mischka. The BASIC INSTINCT actress, 48, dons stunning gowns for the autumn/winter collection created by MARK BADGLEY and JAMES MISCHKA. Stone enthuses, "I've known Mark and James for many years ever since they brought their gorgeous gowns to my house and spread them over my living room. "Since then, I've always thought of wearing their dress like going to a great party - they're fun, elegant and intricately detailed." A statement from the designers reads, "Our collection represents Hollywood glamour with a modern twist and Sharon epitomises this look. We have dressed Sharon many times and working with her on this campaign and combining our visions was an incredible experience." Stone seems to be a more fitting face for the label than previous models ASHLEY and MARY-KATE OLSEN, whose suitability was questioned by fashion gossip sites after the twins appeared be too small for the clothes they modelled.
