SHANDLING SUED OVER ROAD CRASH

Comedian GARRY SHANDLING is facing legal action following a car accident in California.
The actor's Porsche collided with another vehicle on the Pacific Coast Highway in January (09), according to a lawsuit filed at Los Angeles County Superior Court by the other driver.
The unnamed man alleges he sustained injuries and is now seeking more than $25,000 (£17,000) for wage loss, medical expenses, loss of earning capacity, and property damage, reports TMZ.com.
A representative for Shandling was unavailable for comment as WENN went to press.
