SEYMOUR VOTED OFF DANCING WITH THE STARS

Actress JANE SEYMOUR has become the latest celebrity to be voted off U.S. TV's DANCING WITH THE STARS. The former Bond girl and her dancing partner Tony Dovolani failed to impress the reality show's audience with their quick-step to Johnny Cash's Walk The Line on Monday night (05Nov07), and were subsequently voted off the programme on Tuesday (06Nov07). Upon hearing the results, Seymour said: "I've had a ball. It's been great. Tony is incredibly talented and he's class. He showed me in my best light." But the 56-year-old British screen star has enjoyed her time on the dancefloor so much, she's planning to hold onto her dancing shoes for a little while longer. She adds, "I have to (continue dancing)! This has just been an amazing experience for me - amazing, and I love it so much." Seymour's exit brings her troubled experience on the show to an end - last week (ends02Nov07) she suffered from food poisoning, while in October (07) she faced losing her home to the wildfires which raged dangerously close to her home in Malibu, California. And earlier on in the series, Seymour was forced to fly back to the U.K. following the death of her mother.
