SEAN PAUL CHANGES NAME FOR NEW ALBUM

Hip-hop star SEAN PAUL is changing his name to Sean P for the release of his debut solo album this summer (07). The YoungBloodz rapper is recording the new CD in Atlanta, Miami and Los Angeles and promises it will feature a number of high profile collaborations. Meanwhile, the star is preparing to tour US army bases throughout Asia, according to AllHipHop.com. He says, "Our soldiers are in need of some good ole' down south Crunk entertainment. Everyday, these guys put their lives on the line for freedom that we take for granted - it's because of them that I have the freedom to do what I do. They are true heroes."
