SCOTT BLASTS MOVIE CRITICS
Director TONY SCOTT doesn't mind that film critics hate his visual style - insisting he only cares that the audience find favour with his movies.
TOP GUN helmer Scott, who recently directed DENZEL WASHINGTON starrer DEJA VU, concedes that film critics slam him as a style over content filmmaker, but the 62-year-old director has no plans to change.
He says, "Ninety per cent of critics f**king hate me. They have me pegged as all style over content. But it's my look, and it's a look that is very successful. Especially in Europe where my last two films MAN ON FIRE and DOMINO were big hits."
