SCHUMACHER INJURED IN MOTORBIKE CRASH
German racing driver MICHAEL SCHUMACHER was taken to hospital on Wednesday (11Feb09) after he was injured in a motorcycle accident.
The seven-times Formula One world champion was testing a vehicle at a track in Cartagena, Spain when the incident happened.
An official at the track tells news agency AFP, "It is nothing serious but I don't have more information at the moment."
But sources tell sports newspaper Marca that the 40-year-old suffered two broken ribs, experienced pains in his neck and wrist, and was unconscious for several minutes after the accident.
The publication claims Schumacher underwent a brain scan "which ruled out serious injuries despite the strong impact his head had against the ground".
A representative for Schumacher was unavailable for comment as WENN went to press.

I think Michael is a fantastic guy, i have followed and supported him since
1991 and the photos are wonderful. if you have any spare photos in which i am
sorry i cant afford please could you post them for me,has i only want them for
my bedroom walls thank you,
