SCARLETT JOHANSSON 'TO PRESENT AND PERFORM AT BRIT AWARDS'
Scarlett Johansson is set to add some Hollywood glamour to this year's Brit awards, reports have claimed.
The A-lister actress is being lined up by organisers to at least present an award, but bosses are also hopeful of convincing the 23-year-old to perform herself.
Although best known for her star turns in Lost in Translation and The Black Dahlia, Johansson is currently recording an album of Tom Waits covers with Rhino Records.
"Scarlett has tentatively agreed to sing and is definitely presenting a Brit," a source told the Sunday Mirror.
"It would be a real treat."
Commentators have already noted the excess of female talent being celebrated at this year's Brits, with Kate Nash, KT Tunstall, Leona Lewis and Bat for Lashes in the running for best British female artist.
And Kylie Minogue, Rihanna and Alicia Keys head a competitive field for the best international female singer award.
Although they are not nominated in any categories, both Lily Allen and Amy Winehouse are set to perform in the February 20th ceremony.
