SAN ANTONIO RAPPER KING CAUGHT IN DRUG BUST

Texan rapper BILLY KING has been arrested and charged with possession of ecstasy and intent to supply after a drug bust on Tuesday (15Jan08). King, a member of local hip-hop group Bexar County Boyz, was taken into custody after police found more than 1,300 ecstasy tablets - with an estimated street value of $32,000 (GBP16,000) - in his apartment in San Antonio. Authorities also confiscated $4,000 (GBP2,000) in cash and various equipment used in the drug operation during the sting. King is currently being held along with another woman at Bexar County Jail on $30,000 (GBP15,000) bond, according to BallerStatus.net.
