SALMA HAYEK MARRIES BILLIONAIRE ON VALENTINE'S DAY

Actress Salma Hayek has married her fiance, French businessman Francois-Henri Pinault, her publicist has confirmed.



Cari Ross revealed the Oscar-nominated thespian and billionaire Mr Pinault were married on Valentine's Day in Paris, though gave no further details.



Hayek, 42, and Pinault, 46, are parents to one-year-old Valentina Paloma Pinault and have had a rocky path to the altar.



They announced they were engaged to be married in March 2007, only to call off the engagement in July last year.



However, the Frida actress and Pinault - who runs French luxury group PPR SA - are believed to have rekindled their romance during trips to Paris in late 2008.



Pinault has two children from a previous marriage and his fortune last year was estimated at $16.9 billion (£11.85 billion) by Forbes magazine.
