SALIVA SINGER TO PLAY DRUMMER IN WILSON BIOPIC

Rocker JOSEY SCOTT is reportedly in talks to star in a new biopic about country singer GRETCHEN WILSON. The SALIVA frontman is set to reteam with HUSTLE + FLOW director and producer team CRAIG BREWER and JOHN SINGLETON for the new film, according to the Wichita Eagle newspaper. Scott, who played a store owner in Brewer's Hustle + Flow, is slated to play the REDNECK WOMAN singer's drummer in the film. He tells MTV News, "I'm real excited about it, but I didn't audition or anything. Craig just called me and said, 'We got this movie, and I want you to play this guy,' and I was like, 'Alright, bring it on.'"
