RUFFALO WOMAN 'IN THE CLEAR' OVER SHOOTING
A woman held over the death of actor MARK RUFFALO's brother SCOTT has been cleared of involvement in his shooting, according to reports.
Shaha Mishaal Adham handed herself in to cops on Monday (08Dec08) after a warrant was issued for her arrest.
Scott Ruffalo, 39, was found outside his home in Beverly Hills with a gunshot wound to the head last week (01Dec08). He died in hospital on Monday after he was taken off life support.
Adham's lawyer Ronald Richards told reporters it was his client's case that Ruffalo had accidentally shot himself in the head.
And now Richards says he presented evidence proving Adham's innocence to police during a five-hour meeting on Tuesday (09Dec08) - and that she has since been released from custody.
Adham insists she was at Ruffalo's home to collect her car keys, and fled when he shot himself.
