RESERVOIR DOGS star TIM ROTH is such a fan of bartending he often takes it upon himself to serve drinks at his local haunts - when landlords are understaffed. The British actor was a bartender when he was in college and admits he still likes to pour a beer or two. He says, "It's sociable, you know, good conversation." And Roth is convinced that no one recognises him when he's behind the bar at his local. He explains, "One Halloween I was in New York and a whole group (of people) walked in dressed as Reservoir Dogs people. "They didn't recognise me at all, and I was serving their drinks all evening."
