RONSON CONFIRMED FOR V FESTIVAL
Superstar producer Mark Ronson has been added to the Virgin Festival bill along with former Sugababe Mutya Buena.
Ronson will be bringing the highly successful remix and cover album Version to the masses in what is sure to be an interesting show.
Tracks from Version include Stop Me, a re-working of the Smiths' Stop Me If You've Heard This One Before and The Only One I Know, originally by the Charlatans but sung by Robbie Williams on Ronson's record.
Mutya will be performing at the same event which her former band excelled at last year, bringing her new material along with her.
Her new album Real Girl will be available on June 4th and her new songs have so far been well received.
Seth Lakeman, Jesse Malin and Captain join the other two new additions to an already bulging line-up.
So far confirmed acts include the Killers, Kasabian, the Fratellis, Foo Fighters, Pink, Kanye West, the Kooks, Manic Street Preachers and Amy Winehouse.
Primal Scream, Happy Mondays, Jarvis Cocker, Babyshambles and Mika will also perform at the festival.
