RONSON BECOMES AN AMERICAN

Grammy Award-winning producer MARK RONSON is celebrating after becoming an American citizen. The 32-year-old, who was born in the U.K. but spent a lot of time in New York while he was growing up, is pleased he'll be able to vote in this year's (08) U.S. presidential election. Ronson, who won the Best Producer - Non-Classical prize at Sunday's (10Feb08) Grammy ceremony, tells People.com, "I actually just got my American citizenship. I wanted to be able to vote in this election - that's why I got it."
