ROCK TOUR MANAGER WINS SEX ACT CASE

LATEST: BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE tour manager MARK STICKLAND has won his court case against a music magazine after they claimed he was caught masturbating at work. Stickland was awarded GBP40,000 ($78,000) in libel damages by the British High Court after Kerrang magazine printed an interview with the band. Stickland, 38, claims he was portrayed as a "sexual deviant" and has been subjected to harassment since the band's frontman MICHAEL 'MOOSE' THOMAS was quoted saying, "We caught our tour manager pleasuring himself in Germany two weeks ago. "He was in a dressing room and we just walked in and I knew what he was doing instantly, you can't mistake that sound for anything else. "We called him Stinky for the rest of the tour." Stickland's lawyer WILLIAM MCCORMICK claims his client was seriously defamed by the "false" claims. After the ruling, a jubilant Stickland said: "All I ever wanted to do was clear my name and I believe that is what's happened. "I'm very relieved it's all over - it's been a year to get where we are."
