ROBIN WILLIAMS RETURNS TO UK STAGE FOR ROYAL SHOW

Robin Williams is to perform on the British stage for the first time in 25 years as part of a show to mark the Prince of Wales' 60th birthday.

The Good Will Hunting star and stand-up comedy legend will perform along with UK greats John Cleese and Rowan Atkinson at We Are Most Amused, to be held at London's New Wimbledon Theatre on November 12th.

The Prince of Wales will attend along with HRH the Duchess of Cornwall to be treated to a starry lineup of comedy talent in his honour, with the event raising money for and awareness of the Prince's Trust.

An ITV statement said: "The lineup will bring together the very best in comedy talent – from much-loved established names to fresh young acts from the stand-up circuit – a combination which will appeal to all ages and, above all, to comedy fan and guest of honour the Prince of Wales.

"With further acts to be announced, We Are Most Amused promises to be a night to remember and, screened on ITV1 shortly after the live event, the show will be a birthday celebration never to be forgotten."

Tickets go on sale at 10:30 BST today (Wednesday October 1st), with prices ranging from £25 to £100.
