ROBBINS + PENA ARE THE NEW WHITE STRIPES!

Actors TIM ROBBINS and MICHAEL PENA formed a one-off drums and guitar duo while making new movie THE LUCKY ONES - to entertain cast and crew.
The two stars play returning war heroes in the film and thought it would be a good idea to put their musical skills to the test.
Robbins explains, "Michael plays drums and I play guitar, so we did a duo. There's a church scene in the movie where we played for the extras.
"We played covers of religious songs like Silent Night; that was fun. I'll tell ya if there's a stage and a guitar I'm there but I've also written quite a few songs and I did some recording over the summer."
