Comedian ROB SCHNEIDER is recovering from heatstroke and food poisoning after reportedly fainting on the set of his new movie. The DEUCE BIGALOW star, 42, was shooting his latest comedy, BIG STAN, in a derelict Stockton, California prison on Wednesday morning (29JUN06) when he passed out and was taken to hospital. The actor, who has just recovered from a bout of flu, was shooting a scene at the Northern California Women's Facility in temperatures as high as 110 degrees Fahrenheit (43.3 degrees Celsius). His publicist SHARA KOPLOWITZ says, "The combination of bad food and the heat just hit him. He's back on the set directing today (Thursday)."
