RINGWALD LANDS SWEET CHARITY LEAD
PRETTY IN PINK star MOLLY RINGWALD is set to take over the role CHRISTINA APPLEGATE performed in New York with a broken foot when musical SWEET CHARITY tours the US. Ringwald will star in the Broadway revival when it hits theatres across America this autumn (06). The run of shows will include a 16-performance stint at Hollywood's Pantages Theatre in October. Ringwald embarked on a career in musicals after wowing crowds and critics as SALLY BOWLES in CABARET.
